The City of Sioux Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker. Primary duties include: cleaning, maintenance, and repair work in and around municipal buildings and grounds.. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work with others and oversee projects. The successful candidate must be willing to have a flexible work schedule and should have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in the areas of HVAC systems, electricity, hand tools, cleaning and maintenance would be preferred. The hours for this position is 4:00am-12:00pm. Full Job description may be found
