Join Museum Educator Kathleen Byrne in the Museum Lower Gallery for an interactive archaeology program during the monthly Downtown Fort Morgan Art Walks in June and July .
   The program featuring a series of activities related to archaeology , history and art will be held from 4 to 6:45 p . m . on Thursday , June 16 , and Thursday , July 21 .
    
   These programs are in conjunction with the lower gallery exhibit “Awakening Stories of Ancient Bison Hunting , ” which is on display now through July 31 .
    
   See and touch real Native American artifacts from our Plains Indian Discovery Kit . Try your hand at archaeology with a fun hands - on experience that requires chocolate chip cookies . Learn a bit about ancient bison hunting as you move through the exhibit .
