Mills County, IA is accepting applications for the position of part-time Custodian. Responsible for performing various cleaning and maintenance duties necessary to maintain internal and external County property in an orderly and sanitary condition. An incumbent may be required to perform other duties as assigned and on an on-call basis as needed. Requirements: minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent, must possess a valid driver’s license & car insurance, one year of technical training or education in several types of maintenance preferred, must be bondable. This position will receive Ipers and possibly other County benefits with a maximum of 29 hours per week. Starting salary is negotiable based on experience. Must pass a pre-employment physical. Closing date is 4:30 p.m. on January 10, 2022. Mills County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
