Please join Mayor Angie Devanney and the Berkeley Heights Diversity Council as Berkeley Heights kicks off the start of Asian American , Native Hawaiian , Pacific Islander ( AANHPI ) Heritage Month . Residents are invited to celebrate with us on Friday , May 6 at 6 pm . Due to the weather forecast , the event will be inside of Town Hall ( 29 Park Avenue ) , in the Council Chambers to your right as you enter the front doors of the building .
   The agenda will include:
   Remarks by Mayor Devanney
   Remarks by Angus Chen of the Berkeley Heights Diversity Council
   A poetry reading by Lucas Jen and Leo Meehan
   Readings by residents

   During AANHPI Heritage Month , we proudly celebrate Asian Americans , Native Hawaiian , and Pacific Islanders in the United States and in our own Berkeley Heights community and pay tribute to the generations who have enriched and strengthened our nation .
