Assistant Swim Coach
Assist the Swim Coach with proper skill instruction and motivation for competitive racing. Be punctual, prepared and organized each day. Help to give direction to any volunteers assisting with the swim team. Help establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow staff and the general public. Assist the swim coach with the regular communication to participants and parents to ensure they are aware of the meet schedule and all adjustments due to weather. Assist in the planning and execution of swim meets. Act in a professional manner, maintain a fun, safe and controlled environment. Perform other duties as assigned
Adult/Child and infant CPR, or the ability to obtain prior to start
