   : This position is an hourly, non-exempt position, with a full benefits package. Compensation starts at $22.65 per hour.
   The City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin is searching for a full-time Arborist.  This is a skilled position responsible for tree maintenance in the Landscape Operations Division of the Parks Department. Primary duties involve planting, pruning, removing and caring for trees along city streets, parks and other city-owned property. This position also responds to emergencies in order to remove broken branches and fallen trees and participates in snow and ice control operations.
   Qualified candidates will possess an Associate Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry or a related field; Bachelor Degree is preferred, a minimum of one year work experience in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry or a related field, possess and maintain a valid WI CDL Class A, possess and maintain a WI pesticide applicator certification, and possess certification from the International Society of Arboriculture as a Certified Arborist.
