The City of New Smyrna Beach is now accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Specialist II.
The Administrative Specialist II will preform work of routine difficulty involving typing, filing, data entry, answering telephones and other general clerical duties. This position is at the front desk in City Hall. Duties include; providing information to departmental staff and the general public; using various office equipment. Provide specialized administrative assistance to the department directors and professional staff in support of departmental operations and administrative functions. Tasks will include administrative and clerical work involving typing and assisting others with inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution.
