The Police Department Administrative Office Assistant is a permanent full-time (40 hrs/week) employee who works under the general supervision and direction of the Office Manager. This position is responsible for assisting with answering phone calls and walk-ins, data entry, dictation, filing, records management, and various other clerical tasks as needed to support the functions of the Department. The full-time Administrative Office Assistant is a non-sworn position of the Police Department and requires a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism.

A complete benefits package is available with this position. The authorized starting hourly range is $19.01 - $19.98. The top hourly pay grade is $24.34 but requires Village Board approval to hire above authorized starting range.
