Human Resources Administrative Assistant can wear many hats! This flexible Human Resources person will assist with a variety of human resource, administrative, and customer service duties. The successful Human Resources person should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, project management functions, excellent customer service skills, and strong operational support experience.
The ideal candidate would be highly-skilled and eager to succeed. The role will include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks while providing support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures, as well as, maintain employee database documents, manage a number of administrative duties, conduct new employee onboarding and orientation. Thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks.
• Human Resources (HR) experience desired
• Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
• Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
