Responsibilities
   :   Processes invoices for payment.   Assures that invoices match purchase orders, payments are recoded in proper general ledger accounts, and payment is properly authorized.  Payments are processed using normal checks, but also via ACH and bank wires.  Sets up ACH/Wire, confirming routing and account numbers are correct, and assuring funds are available to make all required payments.  Works with Supervising Accountant to assure vendor self-service portal and TCM (document management) software is working properly and assists in any changes.   Assures all vendors have completed required documents such as IRS form W-9 and processes all 1099-Misc and 1099-Nec at year end.  Interfaces with vendors on variety of issues. 
    
   Qualifications
   :  Associate degree in accounting or business, or graduation from high school or GED equivalent and at least one year of experience in accounts payable/bookkeeping/accounting.   Experience with automated accounting software as well as Microsoft office products (Excel, Office, Outlook).   Ability to create and work with Excel spreadsheets.  
    
   Salary
   :        $18.27-21.54 per hour, plus benefits
