Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include mileage invoice and store vendor invoice processing utilizing county and state computer programs via data entry. Process incoming agency vouchers for vendor payment, reconcile invoices, input into Munis, (county program system) update needed spreadsheets. Review mileage invoices, expense reports, verify for accuracy, process for payment into Munis. Create needed purchase orders. Year-end processing involving closing of open purchase orders and preparing new purchase orders. Backup for: ESAA, (emergency assistance), RMS coordination, researching medical invoice issues utilizing SACWIS, pay-ins, accounts receivable and daycare processing. Assist in file room retrieving files for staff and court personnel, filing, scanning, rotating files and organizing as needed. Assist in mail room with mail distribution, postage, supplies, and faxes. General office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or G.E.D. and one year experience preferred. General computer skills specifically typing and data entry. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, specifically Excel. Must have valid Ohio driver’s license, state minimum automobile insurance, and car available at all times.
