Celebrate two of the best things in the world: books and food! What is an edible book you ask? Well , in its simplest equation: Something Edible + Book Related = Edible Book . We hope you ' ll take part in our 9th Annual Festival — one of our library ' s most beloved events . Get creative and start planning your entry today! For inspiration , check out our Pinterest Edible Book board or search online . There are four age categories: 5–8 , 9–12 , 13–18 , and 19+ . Registration is required by Monday , June 20 at 8am . Entry forms and complete guidelines are available on the library’s webpage at www . kearneylib . org . Click on the “Events” tab .
   Not interested in entering? Everyone is welcome to participate by coming to see all the amazing entries and voting for the People ' s Choice awards on June 22 from 1:30–2:00 pm . Winners will be announced at 2:00 pm .
