The 2023 draft budget represents Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District’s comprehensive financial plan for providing recreation services for residents and visitors for the upcoming fiscal year . This budget reflects the cumulative effort , support , and policy direction from the Board of Directors and the professional efforts and contributions of District staff .  
   Members of the public are encouraged to comment on the 2023 proposed budget by November 16 by emailing
   bhostetler@cvprd . comor commenting during the public comment period at the beginning of the November 16 board meeting which will take place at 6:30 pm at the Carbon Valley Senior Center , 6615 Frederick Way , Frederick .
